Cookson Hills, Oklahoma
We assist with projects at the United Methodist Cookson Hills Center and with home repairs for families in need. The Cookson Hills Center is a presence of the United Methodist among rural, low-income people in Northeastern Oklahoma. The primary target groups of the center’s services are Native American people, most being of the Cherokee tribe. There will be work for all skill levels, including options of home repair, working in their thrift shop, and/or office work. The cost is $50 per person to cover meals. Make plans to attend!
